Goes so. The Höft ice cream parlor in Schnelsen is and remains unmatched - and for € 1.30 the scoops, which are slightly above average in terms of taste, should be a bit bigger.

I have been visiting this ice cream parlor for about 10 years and I am still very satisfied! The staff are actually always very friendly and attentive (apart from exceptions which should not affect my rating). I like to sit in the front but the courtyard is also made sweet. Ice cream tastes really delicious!

Extremely unfriendly 1 star is still too much.

I give it a star because there is no 0. The owner of the establishment has treated us like garbage, when we were looking at the flavors, we did not see that there was a line and a woman told us to queue and then the store owner came out as if we had done something wrong and yelled at each other. Later we explained that we were looking at what we were going to drink and at that moment he told us never to return. In Ottensen there are better ice cream parlors and without having to be mistreated. I recommend to all my Spanish countrymen better not to step on the place. And also to my other Swiss homeland.

In my opinion a very nice café. Price, quality, choice and service are all fine. The thing is, there are quite a few ice cream shops nearby, all of which are roughly the same. Means: The ice cream parlor Venezia in Ottensen is not really something special, but you can still treat yourself.

The legs are really nice and the ice cream is excellent. Only the waitress who works outside could speak to people a little friendlier. If I want to sit on the public bench with my 81-year-old companion, I don't have to let myself be bullied that our ice cream is to take away and not to sit. She could have said that in a friendly way.

By far the most unfriendly service you can imagine. The bleached lady who acts like she is the princess on the pea is hard to bear and cheeky. Although we paid 5 large sundaes and over 25 € for the mediocre “premium” ice cream, she refused to let us sit down. Simply embarrassing. Never again!

During Covid19 here the masks at 9eur per unit. Taking advantage of the situation big time, let's remember who behaved how during bad times..

Cosy and really nice place for a hangout!!

Very good ice cream, a few unusual varieties. Small super beautiful courtyard, unfortunately often occupied. Cappuccino is very small, little in it, a lot of foam for it too expensive !!!!

The ice cream is really delicious. You can always go for that. The coffee is the opposite. But that's often the case with ice cream parlors. And unfortunately some employees are rather unfriendly, but not all. So if you want good and delicious ice cream, there is sufficient supplies.

Very great ice cream parlor with a super nice summer garden. There is a huge selection of ice cream, cakes and various drinks in combination with ice cream. It's also worth it to just have a coffee. The waiters are all very friendly and the prices are very humane. Thumbs up for this location.

Partly very tasty ice cream, some varieties are only average. Prices with 1.30 to 1.40 € very expensive, especially for the quite small balls. The café is located in a pedestrian area, parking is difficult in the area. Within walking distance is a Rewe market with parking

The backyard garden is a real insider tip! You have to go through the café and around a few corners and you forget that you are sitting in Altona. It is wonderfully quiet and there are shadows! The ice was really good, the Amarena cup was a little too big for me but worth the money. The cappuccino is good too and for the city I think the prices are reasonable. We sat here almost 4 hours and were friendly and efficient served. The server was very friendly.

I love the staff from here they're so concerned about the customer and his happiness that it makes me come back every time I have a walk through Altona's center. Also the ice creams are delicious, highly recommen the ginger kiwi and lemon flavour !
